SHIPPING
Shipping is free on orders over $100. Please allow 1-2 business days for Eleven Eleven to process and ship your order. This time frame may increase during sales. We process and ship out orders Monday - Friday and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. Orders received Sat - Sun will ship out the following Monday. Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Eleven Eleven reserves the right to not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm or with your local police department.
RETURNS
Sale items (including items on sale from special sale events), Accessories (Jewelry, Sunglasses and Hair Clips), Bags, Hats & Bodysuits items cannot be returned. Returns must be received in new condition within 14 days of delivery date. We do not accept returns that are past the 14 day / 2 week delivery time frame. Eleven Eleven reserves the right to reject any return that is not within the 14 day return window and not in the original condition it was sent as the expense of the customer. Due to sanitary reasons, items being returned must be in the original condition that it was sent, unworn, unwashed with no sign of visible wear such as: Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Fragrances, etc. All original tags must be attached. If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected. We kindly ask you to package the item with care in the original form it was sent. You can access our returns center by clicking START A RETURN. Please include our packing slip (invoice) with your item. A pre-paid return label can be generated and downloaded from our returns center. Once we receive your return, the cost of the return label ($9.00) will be deducted from your total return amount. You may choose to have your return issued via store credit or refunded to the original card within 7 business days of us receiving your returned package. We do not refund shipping costs.
EXCHANGES
Since our items are sold by drops they tend to sell out fairly quickly, therefore we do not offer exchanges - if you need a different size, please return your item following the steps above and place a new order.
